Return Policy

Luciénte will accept, for return or exchange, items that are purchased off our website within 14 days of receiving the item under the following conditions:

  • There is no visible signs of wear and tear
  • Item is unwashed, unworn, unaltered

Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 day of receiving a package.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate (under-garments and socks).

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.

Return Shipping (if applicable)

Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. Please make sure to keep the proof of shipment until your order is returned to our warehouse. We are not able to cover any issue when you are not able to provide a track & trace or proof of shipment.

Refunds (if applicable)

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 10 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 10 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 7 days before the refund is visible on your bank account.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time between financial institutions before a refund is posted (between 2-3 days is normal). If you still have not received your refund after this time-frame, please send us an email at soufiane_g16@hotmail.com and allow us the opportunity to investigate the matter further. 

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a request to our email team soufiane_g16@hotmail.com

If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period after receiving a product, we may not be able to honor your claim. We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests. 

Important Note

The size indicated on the product label may differ from the size you ordered. This can occur due to variations in manufacturing standards or regional sizing. However, we ensure that the product matches the size you selected during checkout.
